New Welcome Pack

We have been extremely busy behind the scenes this month at ITERATE; this includes being heavily focused on creating an introductory welcome pack for our new and existing clients. As a company we thrive to create an enjoyable experience for everyone involved in the design process. The welcome pack assists with this aim by ensuring our clients feel comfortable and welcomed, while still offering them a wealth of information regarding the design process, and about ITERATE as a company, showcasing our values and expertise.

 

 

 

 

What’s inside?

Inside the welcome pack the client will firstly find a personalised welcome letter from our managing director, Gethin Roberts. We wanted to include this personal touch to allow our clients to feel at ease with the ITERATE team and ensure they feel comfortable enough to ask any questions throughout the various design stages and contribute any ideas they may have.

Additionally, there is a meet the team section, including pictures of all the ITERATE team members. We believe it is always beneficial to put a face to a name, and this should allow our clients to feel comfortable speaking with any member of the ITERATE team.

Further content includes a detailed explanation of the design process, so our client will always have a reference point when going through these phases and know exactly what to expect from each stage.

This is then followed by various case studies, that relate to the clients product. The aim of this it to provide some insight into the types of products we make here at ITERATE and again act as a reference point for what to expect from there project outcome.

 At the end of the welcome pack, we have included some client testimonials that highlight a few success stories and gives some insight into the how others found their experience of working here at ITERATE.

The welcome packs will be released soon and will be handed out to our new and current clients.
