ITERATE Awarded Welsh Government Contract
ITERATE is one of a small number of consultancies who have been awarded a contract to work alongside the Welsh Government’s network of Innovation Specialists to help businesses become more innovative.
The Welsh Government’s SMART Innovation initiative provides an integrated programme of support to businesses in Wales and is designed to deliver on the priorities in both the Innovation Wales strategy and the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme, which emphasises the importance of specialisation and clustering.

Design Health Check
Product design is an integral part of the innovation process and good design can help deliver a competitive advantage for innovative businesses. A Design Health Check can help provide special input at every level of the design process, from reinforcing fundamental design principles, through professional project management, to solving manufacturing problems and reducing production costs and lead-times.
Manufacturing Health Check
As global competition increases, manufacturers are constantly looking for opportunities to improve their competitive position by increasing efficiency, raising productivity and developing new ideas. A Manufacturing Health Check can help innovative businesses optimise their growth potential by providing advice, direction and guidance at every stage of the innovation process.
Both Design and Manufacturing Health Checks are free of charge to Welsh companies who employ more than 10 members of staff, and have a business interest in design or manufacturing. Please note that each company will be independently assessed on their eligibility.
