ITERATE TALKS TO THE FORCE BEHIND THE SINCLAIR C5 REVIVAL

In a chance meeting, our Managing Director, Gethin Roberts talks to Grant Sinclair, the man behind the revival of the Sinclair C5 in the form of the IRIS eTRIKE®. During a promotional photo shoot alongside the bank of the River Wye in Chepstow, Grant explains that his vehicle is “faster, safer and more efficient than the C5” originally developed by his uncle, Sir Clive Sinclair during the 1980s. The IRIS eTRIKE® claims to be the worlds fastest commuter bike and can reach speeds of 30mph using its on board 250 Watt pedal assist technology and its ultra safe exterior utilises materials only found in ski helmets. My Jobs Growth Wales Journey

Refugee Shelter Wins Design Award

This week our design team visited the new Design Museum in Kensington to see the ‘Beazley Designs of the Year’ exhibition (24th November ’16 – 19th February ’17). The exhibition showcased some of the best design work created during 2016 across disciplines such as: product, architecture, fashion, graphic and transport design. Finalists at Monmouthshire Business Awards

This month, ITERATE were finalists in two categories at the Monmouthshire Business Awards (MBAs): ‘Excellence in Technology Innovation’ and ‘Innovation in Business’. The MBAs recognise business excellence across the county; culminating with a Gala Dinner at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport.

A total of thirty businesses making the shortlists ranged from a rural village store, a vineyard on the slopes of the Black Mountains and a registered childcare provider to large established hotels, a transportation company and a property maintenance enterprise – reflecting the diversity and variety of firms within Monmouthshire’s business community.   Read more
