ITERATE TO BENEFIT FROM £1M 3D PRINTING PROJECT

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded an InnovateUK grant in order to develop an advanced 3D printing technology. The collaborative research project between the University of Warwick; Printed Electronics Ltd; and C Enterprise (UK) Ltd, makers of the CEL Robox, will focus on combining deposition of polymer based materials with electrically conductive inks; potentially replacing the need for wires to be used in electro-mechanical product assemblies.  Read more

Office Move Represents Milestone in Company Growth

After spending 3 years on the bank of the River Wye in the centre of Chepstow, the decision was made to move to a larger office space in order to accommodate our long term expansion plans. After securing a number of exciting design projects and actively recruiting new team members – the move represents a milestone in our company growth. ITERATE SUCCESSFULLY SECURE REGISTERED TRADEMARK

We are thrilled to announce that ‘ITERATE’ is now a registered class 42 trademark within the UK. This key milestone represents the maturity of the business and adds to the intellectual property now owned by the company. Being able to register a trademark is an important tool for any business and offers brand protection; however, many people do not fully understand what it means or how it works. Now Recruiting: Mechanical Design Engineer [Application Deadline Extended]

We are focussed on developing innovative products from an initial concept right through to production, and work with a diverse client base that includes start-up companies to well established organisations. We are unique within the industry as we enable our clients to be ‘First-to-Market’ using a proven development process that allows new products to be conceived within a rapid time-frame, and have a track record of developing technology, healthcare and industrial products. Due to the company securing an exciting new project, a position has arisen for a Mechanical Design Engineer working on a full-time 19 month contract; starting in September 2017 and ending in March 2019. ITERATE Welcomes Daniel Bartlett

Daniel Bartlett joins the team at ITERATE Design + Innovation on the Jobs Growth Wales (JGW) programme. JGW is a Welsh Government European funded scheme that enables 16-24 year olds to ‘kick-start’ their career, and is intended to support the creation of 8,955 new job opportunities over the next 3 years right across Wales. Dan follows in the footsteps of Ross Johnson, who undertook a JGW placement with the company in October 2016; joining the design team on a full-time basis in April of this year. Read more

ITERATE TALKS TO THE FORCE BEHIND THE SINCLAIR C5 REVIVAL

In a chance meeting, our Managing Director, Gethin Roberts talks to Grant Sinclair, the man behind the revival of the Sinclair C5 in the form of the IRIS eTRIKE®. During a promotional photo shoot alongside the bank of the River Wye in Chepstow, Grant explains that his vehicle is “faster, safer and more efficient than the C5” originally developed by his uncle, Sir Clive Sinclair during the 1980s. My Jobs Growth Wales Journey

The Jobs Growth Wales program is a great opportunity for those who are potentially struggling to find a job or more importantly start a meaningful career. This program does exactly that, allowing people to apply for a six month position. From an employee perspective this is a great opportunity to gain vital experience, and from the employers perspective it is a great opportunity to put someone through their paces.
